LANDSCAPING

The Mediterrania Homeowners Association has relandscaped the long-neglected area along Palos Verdes Drive East, north of our main entrance. This streetside strip is now beautiful and bright with new colorful shrubs and grasses. The irrigation system was also upgraded. The next time you walk or drive by, slow down and take an appreciative look.

The HOA has plans to beautify Ganado Drive over the next few years.  We can only do this with the support of all residents of Mediterrania.  Your $50 per year membership fee contributes to keeping our neighborhood looking beautiful and desirable, and to making landscaping improvements.
