ABOUT MEDITERRANIA HOA

Mediterrania Homeowners Association has over 200 homes in its area extending from Palos Verdes Drive East and Ganado, up Ganado to Bendigo, and all the streets off Floweridge Drive. Membership in the HOA is not mandatory; however, benefits to homeowners include:

• Helping keep the neighborhood attractive
• Representing the interests and concerns of homeowners to the City and citywide groups
• Providing a newsletter to inform neighbors about topics of common interest
• Promoting the safety of our neighborhood
• Monitoring the maintenance of our streets and open spaces
• Maintaining our entrance signs
